There is simply no substitute for decades of experience. Allan Rombro began his law career defending citizens in the Public Defender’s Office in Baltimore City in 1988. After gaining a wealth of experience in that office, he opened a private criminal defense and DUI practice and has handled many thousands of serious cases, including murder, rape, sex offenses, drug distribution and weapons charges, domestic violence, fraud, parole and probation violations and both State and Federal felony cases, as well as many thousands of smaller district court cases.

He is a well respected member of the Maryland bar as well as numerous legal communities in which he is a member. Allan Rombro was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1987 and the Federal Bar in 1989. He has successfully defended thousands of Marylanders charged with serious crimes, including DUI, as well as felonies, misdemeanors and Federal crimes. Allan Rombro was featured in the book, Snitch, which documents the high profile nationally controversial cases of Skinny Suge and his groundbreaking DVD “Stop Snitchin'”. Allan Rombro won acquittals for Suge and many others despite intense media criticism and public outcry.

In October 2015, Allan Rombro attended the annual National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) annual conference in Las Vegas. The topic was DUI defense and strategy including science and forensic technology defenses in the ever changing climate of DUI prosecution which often relies on “junk” science.

Allan Rombro lives in Pikesville Maryland with his wife. Ashley. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, gun-collecting, cooking, motorcycles. great coffee, traveling and spending time with his two grown children and their spouses.
