The stakes involved in a motorcycle accident injury case are extremely high. The injuries are often very serious and studies have shown that losses can be 4 to 12 times higher than other types of vehicle accident cases. And even a typical bike crash case is often more difficult to win than a typical car accident case. Allan Rombro knows how to present motorcycle accident cases to insurance companies and juries. He is a skilled negotiator and experienced litigator, who is not afraid to take action.

Part of the reason bike crash cases are more difficult to win is because motorcycle accidents are treated differently from other types of vehicle accidents. Insurance adjustors and juries can stereotype motorcyclists as reckless and even blame them for their own injuries. Often, they are predisposed to find fault with the rider instead of the driver. It is important to hire a motorcycle lawyer who knows how to dismantle this stereotype and present the investigation results properly, which often differ from police reports. Allan Rombro has many years of specialized experience in these issues particular to motorcycle accident cases.

Very often, only a thorough investigation of a motorcycle accident will reveal it’s true cause, like driver fault or an alternative fault, like dangerous road conditions or vehicle defect. A proper investigation is usually complicated and only an experienced motorcycle accident lawyer knows how to conduct such an investigation since it requires many years of examining and dissecting evidence in motorcycle crashes and experience presenting that evidence to insurance companies and juries, many of whom have biases against motorcyclists and are predisposed to find fault with the rider instead of the driver.

  • Establishing driver fault
  • Assessing Road conditions
  • Inspecting Bikes and Safety Gear

You are not alone. Bikers often suffer more serious injuries than regular car accidents. The psychological impact can be greater and the recovery and treatment longer. Drivers get behind the wheel to get to work or to a football game. Bikers ride because we love to ride. We love the freedom of the road and the comradery with fellow bikers who share the passion for motorcycles. In an instant, this happy feeling can be destroyed following your motorcycle crash.

Allan Rombro has over thirty years of personal experience and twenty five years of professional experience handling motorcycles and bikers.

Motorcycle with suit In his personal life, Allan has been an avid biker since he purchased a Suzuki 125 dirtbike as a teenager. The hobby became a passion and by the time he was stationed in California while serving as a Military Police Sargeant, he had built a motorcycle from salvaged parts--a 1977 Honda 750 Chopper--which he rode for two years until he was stationed overseas. Soon thereafter he developed a taste for Harley's and his current bike is a Harley Davidson Lowrider, which he rides almost daily and on which he participates in various clubs and bike events both charitable and recreational.
